I absolutely love The Magician's Nephew. It's about a girl in London, named Polly, who meets a boy named Diggory, who moved next door with his crazy Uncle Andrew because his mother was very sick. Polly tells Diggory that all the houses are connected above the attics. Polly had put pieces of wood between the rafters and made a fort earlier, which she showed to Diggory. They figured out that they could make it to any house on the street using that, and they decide to go to the third house from Polly's. Instead of getting there, they ended up at Diggory's house, in Uncle Andrew's study, where Diggory isn't supposed to go. Uncle Andrew catches them in there, and, instead of yelling, just tells them to go away calmly. But then Polly notices four rings, two yellow, two green. Uncle Andrew offers her a yellow ring, and as soon as she touches it-Poof! She vanishes! What will happen to Polly? Read the book!
The other books are The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, The Horse and His Boy (my favorite!), Prince Caspian, The Voyage of The Dawn Treader, The Silver Chair, and The Last Battle. These books have so much imagination, and I love them.
